Exhibit status tracking during trial
Mark each exhibit Not offered, Offered, Admitted, Rejected or Illustrative, in words rather than colors, and keep your own record straight day by day.
Keyboard navigation and shortcuts
Arrow keys, zoom, an exhibit switcher on E, live drawing tools, and a ? key that keeps the whole list on screen. Run the courtroom screen by touch.
Offline courtroom presentation
Exhibit Room keeps PDFs, annotations and trial data on your computer and runs offline, so courthouse Wi-Fi is never between you and an exhibit.
PDF annotation for trial exhibits
Highlight, draw, arrow and label exhibit PDFs in Exhibit Room. Marks are saved beside the file, so the exhibit you produced is never altered.
Presentation mode for courtroom exhibits
One key puts an exhibit fullscreen: the page, the exhibit number and a page counter. Keyboard driven, with live pen, highlight, arrow, laser and zoom tools.
Trial backup and transfer
Export a trial as one .exhibitroom file with its metadata, PDFs and annotations, then import it on the trial laptop or restore it after a failure.
Trial exhibit organization
Group exhibits by trial, number them your way, drag PDFs in, reorder, rename and replace. One ordered set instead of a folder full of near-duplicates.
Visual redaction overlay for exhibits
Cover sensitive text on an exhibit before it goes on the courtroom screen. The overlay hides content visually and does not strip anything from the PDF.
